Need Help! Orion7.1 System Manager not Responding

Hi..folks
I met some problem while installing Orion7.1..
I installed Orion7.1 on WIN2k Server SP4 Machine and registered some node for testing ( added just 10 node).
when i opened broswer, query is good working...

but after i reboot the machine, I clicked System Manager
System Manager doesn't show any responses.

Plz help me!
