there is an image of my issue. the links are too black :S. I restart my server but the issue persist :S

Try this -First try running just the website portion of the Configuration Wizard-
then
On My Computer->Properties->performance->settings
check the DEP tab.
Make sure to turn on DEP for
essential
Windows Programs and Services only-
You will have to restart after applying.
