Adding select interfaces list to custom views ?

I have looked all over and can't find an answer to this.

We have a need for custom pages displaying some Port-Channel graphs, and under each Port-Channel I would like to display its appropriate members ( as they appear in the "Current Percent Utilization of Each Interface" resource).

Here is a photo-shopped example of what I would like to see.

Hi Joseph,

For this, you will have to do a bit of patchwork here and there and use the "Custom HTML" resource on the Views.

1. In the Web Console:
Select in that order [Node - Interface - Chart]

And when you select the Chart, it will show you a page with the chart above, with settings accompanied at the bottom.

(Right Click) the chart, and select to "View Image" and capture the URL and paste in maybe in Notepad.

2. Back to the Web Console
[Admin | Manage Views | (Select or Add Summary View) | '+' icon at the working column | Miscellaneous | Custom HTML]

3. Select "Preview" and it will raise another page with the Custom HTML resource showing UP.

4. Select "Edit" on the top right of the resource

5. With the URL that you have copied previously, put it in the text box with the following format:
<HTML>
<img src="URL"/>
</HTML>

* Replace with the URL that you have retrieved from Step 1, and do not remove the double quotes (")

6. Continue performing Steps 1 to 5 to get all the necessary Interfaces to be showing up on the same page.

Note that you can adjust either the column from the View settings, or if you look closer at the URL to the image, you will notice that sandwiched in between is: &Width=640&Height=0
You can adjust the width as well.

7. Go back to the Node Details page that you are able to see "Current Percent Utilization of Each Interface" that you would like to place in the same page

8. Click on the heading "Current Percentage Utilization of Each Interface" and a new page will appear

9. (Right Click) and View Page Source and copy the whole lot of it.

10. Perform 2-4.

11. Paste the whole chunk of information into the text box

The new view should have something close to what you have shown in the Photoshop stitch up.

Thanks for the replay.

I am familiar with the Custom HTML resource and getting most of what I need displayed utilizing it. The problem comes when I try to get the interface view on the page.

The page I am trying to build has a "tile" of graphs. Example, left side is Port-Channel 12 and 13 for active side and right side is Port-Channel 12 and 13 for standby side. Below each Port-Channel I would like just the interface members of the port-channel listed.

The device I am trying to do these graphs for has well over 100 interfaces/Port-Channel on it. It would be very busy having 100+ interfaces listed under each graph. I need to be able to show just the Port-Channel members.

First off... sorry for the long post, but I think you will see what I am trying to do by it.

So Mr. LaPoint here gave me one idea. What you could do is instead of adding the Current % Util resource that you can't filter, what you can do is add the Report from Orion Report Writer resource and select Current Traffic - All Interfaces and then use the SQL filter to only show what you want there
