I've attempted to create a report that shows our NOC hardware alerts with a Warning and Critical status. The NOC has noticed that the report shows hardware alerts on devices that the hardware monitor was disabled. I need to filter these out of the report. Does anyone have a recommendation or a SQL query that would work?
