This question is about the software design of 2015 core.

any changes to 64 bit?

maybe you search here SolarWinds Network Performance Monitor Release Notes

As far as I can see only the SolarwindsInformationServicev3 and Solarwinds.Alerting.Service are 64bit. the others are all 32bit.
