Advanced Alert question

I would like some feedback from the userbase on this. I currently only use the advanced alerts for things that the basic alerts do NOT do. I was concidering converting all my Basical Alerts over to the Advanced Alert engine, however I was wanting to get some feedback as to what all of you think of this. Especially on the stability and reliability of this engine.
