A question about creating custom tables

Hello all,

I am working on creating a Custom table to show a listing of various Database status. But I notice that after I have built the table,

I keep getting a message on the bottom of my table that states:

The resource doesn't show all data.

Is there a way to get the table to show all the data, or is there a limit of how many items it can show?

I'm stumped at the moment. I do have the 'show all records' clicked.

Any other suggestions?

Hi Benton,

When does the limitation (no.of rows) occurs, is that during preview the report or after generating the report in the form of PDF file or something?

And are you trying to use Custom Chart or Custom table?

If it is custom table being used, you will be able to see complete data (based on the query) after generating it in form of PDF or execl.

If it is custom chart being used, you will not be able to see all the data as no.of series is limited to 10 as default. It is not advisable to change it more than 20 data series as per solarwinds documentation.
