Under the Wireless section in NPM, the client connections show N/A for data rate. We use Cisco AIR-CAP3502 access points, How can I get NPM to display the data rates of clients?
Which version of NPM are you running? If less than 10.7, we would suggest upgrade. We fixed some issues related to this a few releases ago.
I'm also having this issue. We have a Cisco 5508 Wireless Controller that runs a variety of APs (3502, 3602, 1142, etc). We don't get the data rate for any of the clients. We do have tx and rx bytes but the rate is missing.
Also, is there a way to identify the location of each AP? There isn't a way to manually edit each AP node and I was wondering if that data can be stored in the AP somewhere that NPM can get it ?
Thanks!
Kelly
We also have this issue. Looking to upgrade to 10.7 soon. Will see if that fixes the issue.
We're on 10.7. It doesn't fix the issue.
This is still not working in 11.5.2
This still doesn't work for me in 12.0
