Alert on all nodes except one group of nodes

How can you set an alert to all groups except one? I have a lot of locations so creating conditions for each location beside the one I don't want to monitor would take a while. So how can I create a condition that says monitor all nodes except these nodes?

You can use groups however, I use Custom Properties for this. This is How I would do this task.

1. Create a new Custom Properties called something like "Mute_Node_Alerts" and set it to Yes/no.

2. For Custom Properties: Mute_Node_Alerts set to Yes for all the nodes you would like to exclude.

3. Create an alert and in the "2. Trigger Condition". Look at the image.

4. Finish the alert.

You could work with the scope of alert

All my workstaton are being monitored, but there's some alert that i don't really want for them. So i changed the scope to every nodes except Workstation...

Can you change the machine type for almost anything, and you could even create a custom properties and use it there.

There might be some better solution, but thats what i use
