Microsoft Server 2003 Memory issues.

Has anyone found a workaround for the windows 2003 server memory reporting over 100 % usage? I need to create an alert that I can trust and know why it is going off every time. I do find it disturbing that SolarWinds has had this issue since Orion version 7 and not found a way to more accurately poll the usage of RAM.
