problems with SNMP traps

I'm running the Eval for te second time and I want Veritas to send an SNmp trap stating that the job started,

Veritas is configured to send SNMP notification, the trap services are started.

I see nothing, the rule is enabled.

my feeling is that the conditions are wrong,

SNMPv2-MIB:snmpTrapOID is equal to Backup-Exec-MIB:jobStarted

any help would be great...

I think we need more info. Can you post a screenshot of the rule you built?

does the community right have to be set to notify, on the server sendinf the trap?

I don't know about the Veritas device. Does anyone else in the community know?
