Pls fix License Problem for v7

I've just upgraded our Orion Production System from v6.4 to v7 and I can't use it b'cos the registration is failing. I get this message from the online key server "You have no licenses for Orion - NetPerfmon available." Our maintenance is still good [Orion Network Performance Monitor SLX Maintenance (expires 06/03/2004] so we should not have this problem.
Pls, if any Solarwinds support person sees this pls fix it ASAP. Being a weekend I can't get anyone at Solarwinds to sort this out so I've sent mail to support@solarwinds.net and it includes my Customer ID which I can't make public. I need to get the system up pretty quick because it's our only monitoring system for this campus and hence quite critical to our monitoring operations.
