Account password test failure

Hello! We are using Solarwinds NPM 11.5.3 and I'm trying to edit a report schedule but I can't seem to be able to use a specific account. Whenever I try to use the account, I can't validate the pw, it fails when I click on the test button. I can use my own account or someone else' but not this account. It's working fine when I run something like a DOS window or anything else. Weirdly, the existing schedule are working fine with this account. It's really when I want to use it in a new schedule or when I modify one. Has anyone experienced this?

So first of all, does that account that you are trying to use have access to orion web console? It does not matter if it works anywhere else, if it can't access the Orion web console it won't work.

Thank you, that was it... It's strange, though, it used to work before. Maybe it was before an update...

One of the fun quirks about that report/account thing is that it doesn't actually save the credential you enter, it just validates it right then and then it is good to go forever. When i finish working in client environments i run sql scripts to switch all the reports and alerts that were associated to my name to their admin account, but i could pick any account name from the enabled accounts list and it would work just as well, no passwords needed.
