We recently upgraded from an SL100 to an SL250 license and now the web console displays that there are 2 licensed products and one in evaluation. I can't figure out how to get rid of this text on the banner of the web console. If anyone knows how to get rid of this please let me know.

check it on your Solarwinds License Manager on the Solarwinds server >> launch it and see which one are the full and on evaluation. You might installed some demo in the past.
You may need to uninstall it on add remove programs for that evaluation (in case) then if it still shows that license issue after dismissing it on the web console, you might want to check with SW support to clean up the license on the said server. They have a way to clean it up in case.

After upgrading the license you have to bounce the services using Orion service Manager, if that does not remove then lets check on the License manager
Open license manager and see how many applications do you have listed there, you should only see NTA and NPM listed (you may see QoE there that can be ignored for now)
If you see duplicated application then you need to open a case with NPM support to have them to perform a license clean up and then reactivate your license correctly. Please post the Case number here too

Thank you to everyone for the support. The responses were very detailed. I did open ticket with support and they instructed me to uninstall IVIM. Once I did that, the notification went away.
