Cisco 526 Wireless Lan Controller

Hi,

Last week we installed a Cisco 526 WLC but in NPM I can't see our six access points. In node details I simply found 0 entries at thin an rouge access points. 

So I tried to edit a new poller and when I opened the program Universal Device Poller the program told me to download the MIB database for full funcionality. So I did. I placed it on the place where it should be and where the ReadMe-File told me: MS Server 2003 & NPM 10.0 = C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\SolarWinds\. But when I restarted the program it told me again to download the MIB database. It can't find the database. I also copied the database to other places but it was always the same. The program can't find the database

Hi Norbert--

Have you tried running the Configuration Wizard? Try that by going to:

SolarWindsOrion>Configuration/Auto-Discovery>Configuration Wizard.

Select Next to move through the screens.

Try this and if doesn't help, open a support ticket.
