What's dose this Event entry mean?

I find a strange event entry with a red warring icon (Event-1002.gif) as followed:
2006-12-31 01:23 Error Opening MainTaskDataReader
this time(01:23) seems to be something ralated with the
nightly database maintenance
timer settings becase I choose perform that at 1 AM.
And I also checked the log file(NetPerfMon-Maint-20061231.log) that tell the floolow as an end:
2006-12-31 2:22:32 Step Completed Sucessfully
2006-12-31 2:22:32 Adding Event for Completing Maintenance
2006-12-31 2:22:32
2006-12-31 2:22:33 Step Completed Sucessfully
2006-12-31 2:22:34 Archive Complete

The log file indicated that this event was send out after dababase maintenance,so what dose that mean?
