Removing Thwack from the web console Network Summary Home

I do not want some users to see the thwack reference on the web console. How can I customize this?  I've searched thwack with a mix of several key words and cannot find any reference.  I'm sure this has been requested by someone at some time.

You can create a new view that doesn't include any Thwack resource.  You can associate the Thwack-less views with certain accounts.  More details in the Admin Guide.
