If you have up-to-date maintenance on your Engineer's Edition,
you can download a very early V7 pre-release of IP Address Management.

You can download this pre-release version by logging into the customer area of the SolarWinds.Net website at solarwinds.net/login.htm and choosing "Beta Tools".

This version includes scheduled web site publishing.
