No "Browse SolarWinds MIB Database" option in creating device poller by Device Studio

I've installed latest version of NPM in my lab environment (Orion Platform 2019.2 HF2, NPM 12.5) and I found that there is no "Browse SolarWinds MIB Database" option in creating device poller by Device Studio. I do not see any MIB tree to browse and when I try to type OID and search the answer is always "No results in "OID" in all fields" (even when I left only digit "1" in search field). It was working fine on Orion Platform 2019.2, NPM 12.5. So my guess is that HF2 interfere somehow. Is there any bug or Device Studio logic has been changed?

If I'm understanding you correctly you're not getting to this screen?

We just updated to HF2 yesterday, so I don't believe it would be HF2 related. Have you tried a different browser/incognito mode? Do you see anything error-wise in the C:\ProgramData\SolarWinds\Logs\Orion\OrionWeb.log files?

If you're still looking for answers after that, what about checking the browsers development tools (for example F12 from Chrome) and seeing if there are any errors?

Thanks for answer so I understood there is something with my system. I previewed log you mentioned and I found some errors but not giving exact point. Active Diagnostics didn't give an aswer as well. As a result I've restarted all Orion services with Orion Service Manager and it solved the problem. Actually it was last attempt before reinstalling Orion
