MIBs with NPM

Hello,

I want to display the serial number of a printer within NPM.

I've ran MIB walker against the printer and it returned OID 1.3.6.1.2.43.5.1.1.17.1 as the serial number. I've added this to unviersal device pollar but it's not returning any details. What am i doing wrong? Do i need to update my MIB database? If so how do you do this?

Any ideas??

You have assigned the poller to your printers and set a Web Display method within the UnDP software?

Of course... Also I've changed all the MIBs values and types but still not getting any data returned

I take it if you run a test when you apply the poller to your nodes you get an value returned?

No just using Mib walker i get value back
