Highlight the Nodes whose primary & secondary links are of unequal bandwidth

Hello,

I am seeking for a report that should highlight the Nodes whose primary & secondary links are of unequal bandwidths. I am able to build a report that gives me interface wise utilisation depicting their respective Bandwidths (enclosed herewith). However, I further want to highlight/filter only those with unequal bandwidths.

Any suggestions/help on achieving this.
