I would like to be able to go to the details page for any node and see what groups it is a member of. However, I am not finding a resource to do this. Does this not exist or am I just not looking in the right place?

No, this resource does not exist today. Couple options:
1 - you can write a report to show this info to you
2 - you can go to the manage groups page and in the group by drop down select node
