All interfaces are not showing up

I have a Catalyst 6509 with 7 48-port copper blades in it. I am having an issue with the blade in slot 6. When I do a "List Resources" from the NPM utility, I only see interfaces 6/1-16. I have tried refreshing the node and executing the "List Resources" command again, but every time it only displays 6/1-16. If I go into NPM via the web site, and then go to /Admin/Node Management/List Resources, I get the same thing. All interfaces are displayed except for 6/17-48. Has anyone run into this issue? If so, how did you resolve it?

Hi Jon--

I haven't heard of the problem being a specific one to the 6509 product. I did a thwack search and found several links. They might be able to help you:

Do you have Engineer's Toolset? If so, can you do a discovery in there and see what interfaces are found? I'm just wondering if its a NPM thing or happening with multiple SNMP discovery tools.

I tried the Real-Time Interface Monitor from the Engineer's Toolset, and I have the same issue. I see interfaces 6/1-16, but nothing for 6/17-48.

Go ahead and open a support ticket here.

Click Submit a Technical Support Ticket.

In order to receive technical support, you will need to be current on your SolarWinds maintenance. Complete the form. You will not be able to
upload your diagnostics, but you will receive an email back that allows you to upload diagnostics.
