Thanks - I found the reset action finally.

I was expecting it to be available from the web console but had to the 'Advanced Alert Manager' from the server instead.

I was running NPM from the Engineer's toolset previously and I guess I'm still getting used to the Orion interface.

Alert Management has moved to the web console in NPM v11.5 which was released yesterday
