Web Reports Custom Format Examples

Where can I find a list of what custom formats I can use in web reports.

The most basic one I'm looking for is status. Generic info displayed in the the report is 0,1, 2 9 .... but naturally I want to have it display the status, not some number.

But still it would be cool if the Excel report would have those values rather then having to edit and put in the right English translation
