need advice on migrating Orion to new server

I've read some of the documentation on moving Orion, and it seems pretty straightforward, but I thought I saw something somewhere about a utility to help with this. Does such a tool exist?

The only migration tool is for Cirrus with the migration from Access to SQL data. There is not a migration tool for Orion.
