Here is the traffic flow and connection....
The 9K are routing to the inside stack. From the inside stack traffic goes to FP-1 (active). Then to the Outside stack to the ASR and out. The issue is on the FP-1 it only shows 1gb rather than the 10gb like the failover FP-2. I checked all connection to the inside and outside through the portchannel. All are showing a 10gb. Network Atlas is only showing 1gb. Then the DMZ is a 1gb connection, but no showing any thing.
