why do I have interfaces showing over 2000% utilication?

I just setup the high recieve percent utilization alert in NPM and I'm getting alerts on 3 different interfaces. These interfaces are showing over 2000% utilization. I checked in the properties and there is not a custom bandwidth set on them. Why is solarwinds showing it so high? I'm sure they're still working.

The bandwidth is likely configured wrong...

For example its configured as a 10mb instead of 100mb but the utilization is at 20mb it will show as 200%. Or something like that

i checked in the properties of the interface and a custom bandwidth was not configured. Is there another place to configure bandwidth?

Check the bandwidth statement in the device config. Is NPM showing the correct bandwidth for that IF type?

I went into the edit interface and the custom bandwidth box is unchecked. It shows a 0.1 but it's greyed out. Is the device config somewhere else?
