Acknowlegding Alerts in Web Console

Hello,

Running NPM 10.0 SP1. We are currently in the process of moving our alerts from basic to advanced. It seems like I should be able to acknowledge them in the web console, but we cannot.

From stuff I've read around here, there should be a checkbox to acknowledge, but there isn't one.

What am I doing wrong?

Do you have the "Allow Account to Clear Events, Acknowledge Alerts and Syslogs" option in the account you were using set to "yes" ?

No, said flag was not set. It is now, and miraculously, the checkboxes appear.
