Stop ActiveX

I'm creating a report that I am using the report scheduler to send out once a week. Basically I created a custom view (suggested by another memeber here NG maybe?) that has the 7 day graph of 2 of my circuit interfaces. I then created a new account that only has access to this view. I send the web link, with that account id/password via the scheduler so basically it sends the webpage vie email.

This solution works great execpt that when the scheduler emails the page outlook blocks part of it due to ActiveX controls. I get the 'warning.htm' attachment that references some att......dat file extention.

The account has toolset integration off so I don't know what else to try. This is going to a few VP's and I'd really hate for them to get this annoying warning (and beep) everytime they open this. I would also like to get rid of the 'Detach Resource' box if possible.
