Is there anything in NPM to alert on the Delta of an interface's rate?

I need to get an alert when a particular serial interface's speed starts to drop fast over a few minutes. It never should go to zero-bps.

Is there anything inherent to NPM to monitor the Delta of something like this and get an alert. Say for instance, it drops from 28Mbps 5Mbps in 5 minutes or 10 minutes?

Or else, is there another way to use a Group (made of nodes) and do something similar with their Packet Loss Rate over 1 minute.

Yes,logically using SQL Query this should be possible.On the Orion Advanced Alerts ,in the Trigger condition.There is an option "Custom SQL".Hope this should get you started.Please let us know your progress and solution.
