DNS query Failure

After running a few packet traces, I notice my Solarwinds system keeps querying for a DNS name that seems to begin with a serial number and ends with upd.solarwinds.net.

This query keeps failing, is this anything I should be concerned about?

Almost sounds like a method of key validation...which is fair enough considering how rampant software piracy is.

Is your system isolated from the public Internet?

Not isolated in any way, has full access to the Internet(Comcast)
