I'm also trying to figure out how to do it using custom mibs. I was able to add custom mibs but I only get a response from one service. If anyone can help here that would be awsome !

We too are unable to gather any information on the Cisco Content Smart Switch (CSS). If anyone knows of a way to monitor proc, memory, io on a CSS via Orion I'd very much like to know how you accomplished this. Thanks.

this might provide a little help: per cisco "The MIBs in software version 8.20 have been modified to be consistent with other Cisco products within the Cisco private enterprise branch of the MIB tree."
CPU and Memory Use showed up in orion after I loaded this version on my CSS's, but there doesn't seem to be any data. It atleast shows up as a cisco device now.
