I need some guidance on syslog and trap filters re the interface stats that are used. Are the receive utilization % taken using the 30 second or 5 minute avg. I have some traps alerts set but I do not want them to trigger unless the utilization is = > 80% for 10 min and not reset unless it’s <= 70 % for 5 min. So i created an alert on receive percent utilization and delayed the trigger fro 5 minutes, is this correct?
