OID alert

Dear all,

 

Later we decide if we can set alert ( mail/SMS ) based on OID threshold.

I was reading many documents and discussions, found some way to set a vbscript and lunch SMS/Mail based on OID threshold but we preffer to do that via Managment software like Orion.

I didn't find any way to do that from Orion, can anyone help me on this ?

How do you get informed about the value of your OID?

Do you collect SNMP Traps or have you setup Universal Device Pollers?
