Thwack Forums Performance Problems

I continue to experience a lot of problems with the Thwack Forums.  I generally use FireFox as my browser but have also experienced a lot of problems using IE.  Some of examples of problems that I have had are as follows...

• Random blank pages when attempting to navigate thwack
• Randomly getting logged out when clicking on links
• Errors when attempting to post resulting in my post being lost
• Timeouts when performing searches
• Searches not capturing articles that I know are relevant to the search

These are just a few examples that I have encountered today.  I should note that when accessing Thwack from home on my MacBook using Safari I almost never have these problems.

I am curious if others are encountering these same issues?

Your logout issues should be fixed this evening. At some point we seem to have lost our timeout setting and we will need to do a restart this evening at 3am CST to get it back.

Some of the other issues sound like cookie or plugin issues. Are you seeing these when you run without plugins? You can also selectively delete only the thwack.solarwinds.com cookies. Though, I'm sure you know that, Byron. Would you please give it a go?

Also, please provide the search term and I will see if I can get our platform peeps involved. It is possible we need to rebuild the search index.
