Collections Randomly Stopped on Some Interfaces

Interface statistics collections randomly seem to have stopped on several of my devices. The node level data is still being collected and I have verified that I can manually get the interface data from the polling engine.

Two questions...

What would have caused this to stop on these seemingly unrelated devices in the first place?
What can I do to get it started again?

Can you open a support ticket and please include diagnostics in the ticket

I was having the same problem. I opened up Case # 124986. We ended up makeing changes to the polling engine and replaced some DLL files. The interface polling is working, but I still have small breaks in my graphs. When I called I was not the only one that had this problem. Hopfully the case number I gave you will help lower the troubleshooting time.

Well, we have installed several updates provided by SW today so I am going to watch it and see if it continues to be a problem; I will remain cautiously optimistic.

If I find the problem continues to exist I will open a support ticket as well and in doing so I will reference your ticket number.
