NPM: 11.5.1
IOS: 03.03.03SE
All of the WS-C3650-48TS switches have same problem on npm, is there a way to fix this issue.
Guy
all de vices have same firmware version ??? Can you see this?
the treshold are default for all devices?
This ia a tempature reading from one of the switches
Inlet Temperature Value: 22 Degree Celsius
Temperature State: GREEN
Yellow Threshold : 41 Degree Celsius
Red Threshold : 56 Degree Celsius
ASIC Temperature Value: 44 Degree Celsius
Yellow Threshold : 105 Degree Celsius
Red Threshold : 125 Degree Celsius
All the switches are running SW Version 03.03.03SE
Can't see a firmware version

I can´t to understand what devices in "
Yellow Threshold : 41 Degree Celsius who device here?
Yellow Threshold : 105 Degree Celsius who device here?
"
But I hae ideia.
You can run SNMPwalk:
- Open C:\Program Files (x86)\SolarWinds\Orion execut SNMPWalk.exe
- Enter IP address ´s node, Community String
- Click Scan save the file text.
Notice if there is any deficiency in reading or protocol error message.
This is from the snmpwalk file eveything which mentions tempature

The figures I took straight from the Cisco 3650 Switch
I see do not see anything wrong with the device.with this test you will be sure that the problem is Nfrom Orion or device. Which version you use Orion? If not the UlTma can upgrade? If the last repair the Core and NPM.
FREE Server Health Monitor | SolarWinds this application monitor temparature. Intall em another computer only for test.
I researched on the numbers in Snmp.exe and found nothing ender trim what they translate. Can you please send support the cisco and then post auqi what they say
This is a known issue with that release of IOS:
Hardware Health Temp Sensor Status 'Major' for Cisco C3650
You can upgrade your version of IOS or as a workaround use the "Manage Sensor Status" feature in 11.5 to set custom warning/critical temp thresholds for the affected sensors.
So in your example:
"Inlet Temperature Value: 22 Degree Celsius
Red Threshold : 125 Degree Celsius"
Select the lower reading sensors (that are showing as 24C and 33C), and set the warning threshold to be equal to or greater than 106F (close to 41C), and the critical threshold to be equal or greater than 133F
For the higher temp sensor, showing as 47C, do the above but use the ASIC thresholds to configure your custom threshold (221F for warning and 257F for critical).
