I faced one big challenge in infra where solarwinds additional poller stop polling to Vcenter node, due to this all esx are not showing the cpu load (below snapshots) and even all array is not showing availability graph, and same time one esxi array controller was not working due this all vm node is not available in the infra, we have resolved the issue after change the array controller, but we did the lots of effort to find the root cause (array controller not working)
But finally the main point is, we did not get any alert where solarwinds stop polling, so as per my thought if we create an alert on below situation (cpu load - data not available),
therefor we must intimidate find the root cause, something is issue with node or some problem in polling side.
kindly vote, so that we can set an alert if any node have such situation.
