V9.0 SP1 - Several Admin functions loop back to the default homepage view.

/NetPerfMon/Admin/SelectMenuBar.asp

/NetPerfMon/Admin/DatabaseDetails.asp

/NetPerfMon/Admin/LicenseDetails.asp

/NetPerfMon/Admin/Settings.asp

Keep getting this:

I have ran the web page config wizard a few times with no effect... Whats up with that?

Try that post. Every time I run the CW I have to go through those steps to get AD integration / windows pass through to work again. I also ran into the issue where some resources had their 'edit' button removed because of the permissions not being set correctly.

Okay I was logged into Orion as myself (with Admin rights), then logged out and back in as Admin, not looping to default.asp anymore.

Changed my userid - set the Allow Browser Integration to NO , logged back in as me, boom no more re-direct to default.asp.

Set my userid back to Allow Browser Integration Yes, logged out then back in no more looping.... Very strange.

I ran into this today too... funny thing is that it was on our lab version rather than the production (which was fine from the beginning). Good catch John.

Is there a resolution is this one?

The workaround described (with browser integration) does not seems to work for me?

I've just began experiencing this issue as well. Has anyone else ran into this and know of a fix?

I recommend renaming your NetPerfMon or orion folder (to back it up) and running the web config wizard again. This should tidy up the folder structure and rebuild the iis metabase. I always [safely] do this whenever I have odd phantom issues.

I think it is an active directory integration issue and I still got this. I live with it for now by having a static/local admin user that I use when I need to change settings under menus which can not be reached by an AD user.

Neither of those helped. I almost always use a local admin user account to manage SW. I tried to run the config wizard but still does the same thing. If I completely re-installed SW, would it affect the database on a seperate server?
