Using a custom property in an email alert message

I currently have an advanced alert configured for my MPLS Sites when they go down. One of the custom properties I have created in "Circuit_ID". What I would like to do is when I get an email for a down MPLs node is to include the "Circuit_ID" custom property for that node when I get an email alert. I have tried the following, but it is not pulling the correct Circuit_ID.
