Problems Creating Heat Maps

So I am about to open a ticket, but before I do I am looking for group response for any help.

We have NPM 11.5 and I am trying to generate Heat maps in network Atlas. I can do everything up to and including placing WAPs on the map I created but when I go to generate map I get the error below.

Any ideas?

Same issue, running NPM 11.5.2. Feature was working before (had several maps created). Trying to create new maps for another site we support and now we're getting the same pop up error message.

I have a minimum of six AP's placed on the new map. AP's placed were selected by expanding the Cisco WLC and picking devices from the "Wireless Access Points for Wireless Heat Map" list. (NOT the nodes list - learned that one the first time through.)

Submitted a ticket for further guidance.....
