ARISTA EOS DISCARD ISSUE

Has anyone come across this issue where ORION NPM reports millions of discards even billions daily and Arista says they are bogus? Now I have a bug but being that Arista is a "Low latency" focused product, you would think this would be a well known bug as having come from the Equity exchange/ HFT world, we know within days of the effects of discards...

so....if anyone has any experience with it, knows when it came about.....etc etc...Please LMK
