Editing Nodes in NPM 9.5 SP4 Produces SNMP Credentials Errors

I recently upgraded to Orion 9.5 SP4. Since the upgrade, anytime I try to edit nodes, node properties, or even trying to validate SNMP for pre-existing devices, I get a credentials failed message. Only the devices I have added since the upgrade are able to be edited or the SNMP RO/RW community validated? Is there a fix for this?

I was able to resolve the issue by using the good ol' Configuration Wizard and repairing the database. Looks like everything appears to be normal now.
