Create Group off "Top 10 Objects by Trigger Count of this Alert"

Good afternoon, I wanted to know is it possible to create a group using the data in this resource below

I figure this is possible by using the custom properties but because of security reasons I can't use the custom properties to create this. I'm trying to figure out if there is another way and any help is appreciated.

If you had a list of any/ all object names involved, would that suffice even if group functionality was not involved?

d09h I think I would still need this in a group because I would need to use this group or set of devices as part of an alert to NOT alert off of. Basically have an alert setup but not fire on these devices because they are troublesome. Also this group or set of devices can't be visible to everyone for security reasons. Clear as mud right? LOL
