Background upgrade for Interface Traffic history table started - Every 10 Minutes

Hello,

I keep on seeing in our NPM events that the "Background upgrade for Interface Traffic history table started.". It shows every 10 minutes. Is this normal? I wonder if it fails to start and so it is restarted by Solarwinds every 10 minutes. If it's not normal, how can I fix this? Your thoughts would be appreciated. Thanks.

Test the upgrade in our lab and I am seeing the same thing. I did a test upgrade a couple months ago and did not have this issue. The only thing different this time I install the hot fix for NPM, QoE and Orion platform.

While the script in the attached link ultimately resolved our issue it was a beast to implement. The script generates massive log files and we had to increase disk size twice. We avoided having to increase it a third time by breaking the script into four pieces and running them individually. A total nightmare that is finally over.
