NPM Discovery Requests

+Ability to select stored SNMP credentials.
+Ability to sort Network Sonar Discovery tab by Name, Description, Frequency, etc.
+When adding a new SNMPv3 credential and you select the Authentication Method you should be able to tab and hit the Password / Key box (same for the Privacy /Encryption Method) currently it takes you to the top field, 'SNMP Version'.
+Ability to add Global ignore items. These items will be ignored on all discoveries.
+Better Scheduling of discoveries. I don't want any two discoveries running at the same time and I want to run each discovery every 3 hours.

One other discovery issue I'd like to see is to capture the MAC address of devices during discovery, and then do a lookup of Manuf Code portion of MAC and give the Manufacturerer name. For many PC devices this will simply be Broadcom or Intel, but for network devices without SNMP, this would be much more useful than "unknown" for the device.

This came up when my boss asked if Solarwinds could discover rogue APs. Resolving MACs would be helpful.

#4 - I guess what I'm asking for is the ability to define ignored nodes even before the discovery starts. Like all of my access points based off IP address/machine type/etc. I could see this in the disscovery setup process.

5#Just thinking about performance. Currently we have 60 different discoveries, for performance reasons I would like no two discoveries to run at the same time.

#5 - Agree. I think the whole scheduling piece works for small network, but not large ones. I'd like to see the subnet for my scheduled discoveries so I don't have to be as careful about naming. Having discoveries delay start until a previous ends would be good... Like the IPAM does.
