Reports are missing from Orion NPM Home Page

All of a sudden it started happening. When I click on Reports on the Orion Home Page, I go to the page but there are no reports. I have no custom reports, all just canned ones.

When I go to Report Writer, I see all of them in there, but even there when I a execute a query on any reports, the query executes but the info is blank.

Orion 9.1 SP5, MS Sql 2005, DB Size 4.5g

Any help appreciated.

Hi,

Could you check the following folder exists?

 

X:\Program Files\SolarWinds\Orion\WebCache. 

where X is the drive where you installed Orion NPM.

If it does not exist, create it and see if it helps.
