Does the update from 5.5 to 5.5.1 reset the user account settings for NCM back to "default view"?
We a have quite a few user accounts where the NCM view (NCM Summary View for example) is set to "none".
We don't update any of the NCM credential accounts during the upgrade process. We've assigned this to our QA team for investigation.
Our QA team has been unable to replicate the issue without further information. Would you be able to open a ticket with our Support team?
I asked "Does the update from 5.5 to 5.5.1 reset the user account settings for NCM back to 'default view'?" since in the past an new install of NCM or NCM integration would set user account views in NPM back to the default settings. (This used to occur with new versions of NTA also).

I had not yet moved from 5.5 to 5.5.1; I wanted to see if anybody has seen any user account changes (customized settings revert back to default) before I move to 5.5.1. It is very laborious to have to edit each account back to the settings we want since have quite a few user accounts.
I did not say this happened to me while installing NCM 5.5.1.
