SAN & FiberChan Switches

Question

I've noticed some inquiries about Brocade monitoring unfortunately very little is happening in this area according to the responses.  As well nothing whatsoever is mentioned about SAN devices monitoring capabilities.

Solarwinds is well known for it's breadth of experience in the network arena.  However the Orion Product needs to expand seriously on it device monitorin capabilities outside of the network areas in such areas as SAN, NAS, FiberChan Switches(not just interface monitoring)to be taken seriously for monitoring enterprise data centers.  The Orion product has great possibilites - hopefully the developers of the product are listening.

I second that motion - if my customers are going to buy this tool we'll need to be able to natively monitor fiber channel switches and SAN components without having to run the custom OID obstacle course.
